I guess this counts as horse care as I'm buying this because I no longer has a vet that does routine farm calls.
How does one go about shopping for a used trailer when all the good ones are far away? One I am in discussions about is in the Chicago area. Are there places you can call to go out and "vet" a used trailer for you? Anyone in the Joliet area want to look at a trailer for me? It's above my price range so I'm waiting to see if they can come down and what kind of financing might be avaible before I get too serious. Keep your fingers crossed! I missed out on a perfect trailer at Libertyville a couple of months ago 'cause I couldn't check it out and it was cheaper than this one.

I found my trailer on horsetrailerworld.com last year. You can search with all kinds of criteria. If the trailer in question was in NW IN or in the south suburbs (the Heights, Flossmoor, Harvey) I could check it out for you. Are you looking for anything in particular? I can keep my eyes open for you.

I found out about this one on Horse Trailer World. I'm actually in Kentucky. I'm looking for a used two horse walk through straight load that's a bit extra roomy for a 17 hand (potentially she's a yearling) Anglo-Trak. Prefer dressing room but may have to give up on that. Thanks for keeping your eyes open for me!!
