It's time again, for Germany's biggest young horse competition, the Bundeschampionships. Recent years saw National champions like Induc, Latimer, Windfall or Kunta Kinte TSF and finally, the first qualified horses have been announced.
5year old jumpers:
- Tempico by Michelangelo-Parforce (Habicht)
6year old jumpers:
- Kairos by Leonardo-Amiego
- Picadilli by Point-Nerv (branded Saxonian, but Nerv is a Trakehner)
5year old dressage horses:
- Avoni by Caprimond-Marduc
- Habitus by Hohnestein-Weltmeyer (branded Hannovarian)
- Peach Pit by Polarpunkt-Echo II (Hannovarian, approved)
- Don Frederico by Donnerhall-Consul (Hannovarian, approved)
- Charatan W by Consul-Bismarck (Hannovarian)
6year old dressage horses:
- Hohenlohe by Hohenstein-Eklatant (Hannovarian)
- Hudson by Hohenstein-Prince Thatch xx (Hannovarian, approved)
- Monteverdi by Partout-Matador
driving horses:
- How About by Glanzlicht-Hemmingway
- Conrad by Caprimond-Disput (Hannovarian)
5year old event horses:
- Dr. Doolittle by Nandino xx
- Nachschwalbe by Hohenstein
- Steaplechase by Sir Chamberlain
- Altefeld's Rob Roy by Sixtus
6year old event horses:
- Kaiserwalzer by Consul (approved)
- Savoi by Konvoi
- Twist by Exclusiv

He made the fifth or forth Place at the Dressage competitions!

And again, a Trakehner wins the National title in eventing:
Altefeld's Rob Roy by Sixtus-Black Minstrel xx won this most important title in Germany. With an unbelievable 95% in the final round (xc at intermediate level), this black gelding showed why the Habicht line is the most successful in eventing!!!
Interesting note: Rob Roy was once selected for the approval in Neumünster, but was not approved.
In the 6year old division, Karama M by Fontainebleau-Sacramento Song xx won the reserve champion titale.
3rd in the 5year old division was Karlos by Kostolany, 4th was Steeplechase by Sir Chamberlain.
In the 6year old division, 4th place was taken by Twist by Exclusiv, 7th place took the approved Kaiserwalzer by Consul.
Go, Trakehners!!!
