I just read an article on the 'net about a cloned mule born on the 4th of this month. Wow. I knew horses were on the list of animals to do this with, but a mule . . . I wonder why that instead of straight into horses. Anyhow, it's interesting news and I thought well worth passing along here to those who may not have seen it elsewhere.

Fuzzy-noted your post with interest--wonder if they cloned a mule because there was no reproductive ability--just a thought--I certainly am not a scientist.....
