Another Newbie « on: July 18, 2003, 05:17:49 PM » I'm completely new to the breed and am looking at a horse sired by Hailo and with Anduc and Graditz bloodlines.  Can anyone tell me about these bloodlines?  Are these highly rated stallions? Re:Another Newbie « Reply #1 on: July 19, 2003, 09:36:35 AM » Beth, All of these stallions are highly regarded.  Hailo is still with us in Florida at Valhalla.  He sired the champion stallion, Imager,b at Devon last year.  Graditz was and is very famous, but unfortunately is deceased.  You can find lots of info and I believe pics on  both Hailo and Graditz on the ATA website on the stallion pages.  Anduc is of a very famous German line with several big name stallions -- Marduc and Induc and Anduc are some of the most notable. There are others on this forum who can tell you more, I'm sure.  This will give you a start. Welcome to the world of Trakehners and to the forum.  They are a wonderful breed, you can't help but love them.  I'm sure you will enjoy this forum as well.  There are great people here, very helpful.  I'm a relative newbie myself and I've already gained a wealth of info from these very giving people.
