Jane Volberding and I are in the process of creating some new boards for the ATA booth kit. If the ATA does get a booth for Rolex we would like to have a special eventing board promoting our horses. We need clear good quality photos of horses in dressage and over fences, particularly would like eventing photos but will be happy to get ANY at all.
We are also setting up boards with Trakehners being handled and ridden by youths so high quality clear photos would be appreciated. If the youth is riding, appropriate headgear please!
Jane and I are getting tri-fold display boards for the ATA and one for MWT so we don't mind MWT members sending good promotional photos of their horses either.

How about baby pix - maybe a good conformation shot? And what is the deadline, so I can have time to make my guy look halfway civilized and hope for some sunshine . . . 
PS - any talk of rescheduling the meeting, or will that wait until both Marcia and Jane are available for input in the matter? I'm still wiling to host, but if the odds are the weather is going to be nice, does a cookout/bonfire here at the ranch sound OK - that is if you don't mind meeting in the middle of the construction mess which begins in mere weeks . . .
PPS - is there any word on the MWT awards?
