But you know what? It is my board (  ) and I am tired of living vicariously through all of your foals (which have been all lovely, BTW!). This morning my pony stallion, Payday Poker, has a new son, and I am going to share it with you!

He's gorgeous. I'm glad you did share it with us. We do need to be reminded on occasion that there are a few -- mind you, a FEW, other good horses out there that aren't Traks. Just kidding. He's is beautiful. Is your stallion a pinto? I know nothing about pintos/paints.

Thanks for your comments, everyone! For those of you not familiar with the Tannenwald herd, this is our pony stallion and PROUD PAPA, Payday Poker  :
While he is not a Trakehner, as our teasing stallion, Pokey IS instrumental in our Trakehner breeding program! 
BTW, Pokey is 10.1 hh. Midnight is a bit over 12 hh. So this little munchkin, though he looks like any foal laying next to his dam, must be SO tiny when you realize his dam is only 12hh! I can't wait to see him in person, maybe in a few weeks to give him time to unfold. I bet he is the size of a Jack Russell!

ooohhhh, what an adorable baby! And a huggable Dad as well. They are both sooo handsome.
Thoughts have crossed my mind, as I put together our ranch, that we need to get our own pony sometime in the near future (my not quite yearling colt has just reached 15h).
Maybe you need to start a pony line of Traks, so some of us can have little ones for little grandchildren 
What fun you must be having with these guys!

Unfortunately, we just confirmed yesterday that our mares are no longer in foal  (no Windfoals this year!  ), so we have to live vicariously through the rest of your babies, and of course this precious little fuzzball!
His owner just sent more pictures, these at 3 days old.
