Reminder that the Annual ATA SSA starts tomorrow! http://americantrakehner.com/Stallions/StallionAuction.asp
It will run from Feb 1 (7 am EST) until Feb 14 (10 PM EST) and there will NOT be a second round. This year the ATA is also allowing you to place a "max bid" on the stallion of your choice so you don't have to constantly outbid... see the rules for the details.

Anissa beat me to it! Okay folks, we've got another super lineup for 2012 - including some young eventers you've been following on this forum!
Check 'em out and remember:
- Only 2wks this year
- End time is 10pm EST on February 14th
- Maximum bid option is available this year

My, my my. Having worked on the SSA committee for 6yrs I know for a fact 30+ stallion services are sold each year. If you don't start posting pix of foals produced by the SSA I'm just gonna keep on posting my own LOL.
This is MoJo out of the lovely TB mare, Mariah's Wings xx competing in the Richland Park HT YEH-4 competition last year. You guys need to go look @ the stallions participating this year b/c there are some SUPER ones making their mark in eventing - and you could produce your own YEH horse!!
Come on, let's see those foals!!

Ok, here is the one and only SSA Tater Tot on the ground thus far: (the one that would have been born in 2011, the mare would never cycle correctly so the MO bred the mare IN 2011 and the foal is due May of this year and this year's Tater Tot is due... oh around the time of the auction's close LOL).
So this little girl is the 2010 filly, Pro Re Nata, with her dam, Prescription Only (by Artic o/o Pruessenstein by Pruessengeist). Photo taken by Stacy Lynn at Fair Hill Breed Show when PRN was about 4 months old. She won the filly class, was Reserve Champ Filly and was 3rd for the whole show (if I remember correctly) and qualified for DAD where she did pretty good.
