Mare inspetions for ATA

I was hoping I could get some help with if I should have my thoroughbred mare inspected or not.  I purchased her knowing she does not have the best front legs (one foot upright, a little toed in, and knees off set slightly).  I bought her from the breeder and from what I gathered from the breeder, she did not get the nutrtion or farrier work that she should have had.  So, I decided to breed her and see what I would get because other wise she is put together very nicely, has nice movement, and does not have the typical thoroughbred look.  She did not throw her leg conformation except the slight devation of her knees to her first (a full TB) or to her second (Trakhener now 3).  Both of her kids knees are improved from her though.

To my quetion:  She is in foal now to a Trakehner and will have this foal on her side when I take her to be inspected and I also plan on having her now 3 year old inspected.  Will or does the inspector consider the off spring when he or she inspects the mare?

Any comments are welcome.  I must say on my mare's behalf the Trakehner stallion owner was very impressed with her and her now 3 year old filly.

Thank you,

They DEFINITELY consinder the offspring that a mare has and even encourage people that are taking mares to be inspected to have a foal at their side!  If I had a mare that I wasn't sure would pass because of one reason or another, but had lovely offspring, I would not take that mare unless she had a foal at her side or a couple offspring present for the inspectors to look at!
