The ATA is unique in publishing the number of mares bred by the 10 most active stallions. I don't know of another registry that does this. Would this information be published in Germany?
Old NA/ ISR publish information/scores on every foal presented for inspection (no papers without inspection) by stallion. So, for example in 2010, Manhattan ( Royal Prince (7) and Redwine (7) led the pack.
Holsteiner definitely does in Germany because the foal data is used to "grade" the stallions - as in, although a stallion might have 1000 foals, only 40% of them are +ve for X factor, whereas another might only have 20 foals, but 80% of them are +ve for X factor, making stallion # 2 "better". (Hope that makes sense).
