What a loss.  I'm so sorry.

Was there frozen anywhere?

No frozen.  It is a very sad thing... hugs to both Joe and Bonnie. It was sudden and unexpected.  He ate all his feed the night before, everything was fine, Joe found him in the am.  He said it was like he lay down and went to sleep - no signs of a struggle at all.  Sad  RIP Tim.

So sad. But a nice way to go, in a loving home in peace. It's a shame that he didn't have a chance to have a bigger effect on the breed. Such a beautiful stallion.

Condolences to Bonnie and Joe. So sad when they leave so young.

With your permission, I'd like to run a brief piece on him in the German magazine, deadline is coming up. I would want to include him, if you allow.

My sincere condolences to Bonnie and also to Joe on their loss of Timotheous.  While I did not know "Tim" or Bonnie well, I know that Tim was very much loved.  While it's always so difficult to find the right words, I hope your love, wonderful memories with Tim, and time help you in your healing process.  Godspeed.

I am so sad for Bonnie who brought him along from his foaling through the approval process and then let him go to others in hopes of getting more Tim babies on the ground.

And Joe had very little time with this lovely boy.

So sad.

It was an honor to have had Tim in my life.  He was a happy horse in character and always had a whinny for me.   It was a shock when Bonnie called to tell me that he was gone.  Overwhelming sadness and disbelief are just two of the emotions that rose to the surface as Bonnie and I cried together on the phone and then later in the day when I talked to Joe.   We love our "boys" with our whole heart and when they leave before their time,  it's all the more bitter.  Tim will definitely be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for Bonnie.   Tim will live on in his two beautiful daughters I have on the farm,   Teresa and Elexia.   Good bye Tim....

Tim has been gone for 4 weeks today and I am slowly coming to grips with his loss Cry

Thank you Debra for your kind words about Tim. I know he will always be a special stallion to you.  You, as well as a few others that have his daughters will carry on his legacy... Smiley
