I could use some help with this translation - I'm looking at a chart showing the fees for Gribaldi -

The fee is 950 Euros in the column labeled  

Decktaxe
(zzgl. gesetzl. MwSt.)

I'm fairly certain this means stud fee plus VAT

But there is another column on the chart that has an amount of  280 Euros with this label:

Decktaxe bei Nichtträchtigkeit
(zzgl. gesetzl. MwSt.)

Is the translation  "Stud fee on completion of examination pregnant with no problems  (plus legal VAT)"?   Huh

Is that amount paid in addition to the other decktaxe?

Also - I know Gribaldi is very popular in The Netherlands,  is he also used  in Germany - and if not why?  Does anyone in the US broker his semen?

Decktaxe indeed means breeing fee.

Decktaxe bei Nichtträchtigkeit, means ,t hat's the amount you pay if your mare is NOT in foal. You don't pay the full price. However, this will most likely not apply to hisd frozen.

Gribaldi is VERY popular in Germany, and as a matter of fact, all over Europe. he had close to 900 mares in 2001.

I don't know if anyone in the US distributes his frozen.
