Amnesty?

Wondering if the ATA might be thinking of doing a registration amnesty any time in the near future?  I have a filly to register, and consider the ATA fees for a horse that might be PSB eligible to be outrageous.

If the mother is registered with the Jockey club, and if the mother is still alive so a DNA sample can be obtained. 
Its a lot of hoops to jump through, thats why its much easier and cheaper to REGISTER your horses in the first year of birth.

Have you checked other registries lately?  The ATA fees are pretty reasonable.
