Amnesty?

Wondering if the ATA might be thinking of doing a registration amnesty any time in the near future? I have a filly to register, and consider the ATA fees for a horse that might be PSB eligible to be outrageous.

If the mother is registered with the Jockey club, and if the mother is still alive so a DNA sample can be obtained. Its a lot of hoops to jump through, thats why its much easier and cheaper to REGISTER your horses in the first year of birth.
