Blue Diamond Stables (Johnstown, OH) has a FN-certified Beireiter on staff. We wanted to keep Taz in shape both physically and mentally by maintaining his exercise/training program so she rides him 5 days/wk. He does 3 days/wk dressage, 1 day conditioning canters xc (they have 23 acres) and 1 day gymnastics/jumping.
The beireiter and Taz have really taken to one another and she sent a few videos of them working w/her coach on dressage. It's been a LONG time since I've seen him working in a dressage frame, but he looks happy and relaxed. Anyone with horses coming in or going out of the country, I highly recommend this facility. I hear from them every day and get photos every day, too! (Which lowers my stress level considerably.)

Got some photos from Ohio. Last full week he's there and seems to be having a great time "playing" dressage horse (he gets to jump tomorrow, b/c he was extra-good today).

Last one.
Lucky M - forgot to answer your question: he'll spend a total of 4wks in quarantine, but (we later found out) he could have stayed 2 more weeks w/Helmut if he was kept separated from the other horses. Knowing how much Taz liked his gelding neighbor - they played thru the bars - he'd have felt like he was being punished, so maybe best he spent all 4wks in OH.
