Magic (no more Pyxie now!) is growing up.  My son Shawn is quite taken with her, and has backed her three times now--all bareback, all without a bridle, only a halter and lead rope and me holding her.  She's decided he's her person, It's been interesting to watch Shawn regain his interest in horses and Magic respond to his attentions.  This week we'll move to a saddle and longe line.

She looks great, Joy!  Such a big difference from the little filly who couldn't stand up and needed a mini halter.

Thanks, Deb.   She was such a tiny thing, that I was sure she'd probably never top--maybe even never reach--15 hands.   Grin  Breeding has such surprises!
