Congratulations to Lea Ann and Mike Hansen of Glamorgan Manor, in Virginia, home to the imported stallion Schiffon, on the purchase of Pr St Kolomba (EH Michelangelo x Elite Kornubia (Ginster), and Feenstaub (Mozart *E* x Fleur De Lys (Pregelstrand *E* + Flugwind/Condus). The girls are on the van now, nearly to their new home. All of my gratitute for taking them both - they are so attached. I was concerned to separate them, and your home is the perfect solution, with the unbelievable benefit of being crossed with Schiffon - wow, what a colt we saw in LA!!! Plus, having your own in-house (literally) vet?!? What a blessing. A million thanks for giving them a life together. Best wishes for beautiful babies in the near future (and far). I can't wait to see their first foals from a dressage stallion - watch out for that trot, guys!!! Koko's windfall kids have been so fantastic, I could not ask for more.. we'll see what Shiffon does with koko's trot And "Dani" has had one dressage foal by EH Herzzauber, now the personal riding horse of Michael Veehmaas, and one eventing foal (from michelangelo, shown at LA for branding, owned by Holger Hoetzel, and being raised as a stallion prospect.. definitely an eventer). It will be interesting to see how that cross comes out - that girl can really jump and gallop, and type to die for. I saw them off friday, and am so sad to lose my two best friends, but it's for the best... now I have time to heal and raise my little girl, Gracie, and the girls will be used and enjoy the best life has to offer these great ladies at your beautiful farm. No more standing around in pasture waiting for mom to get her nerve back after my injury, sigh Hugs and kisses to my sweet girls, they are sorely missed already..

That must have been some accident, and how brave of you to let your girls go to a new home, so they can lead useful lives while you are healing. What a great horsewoman you are.

Lara,
You are very brave! I am happy they will be with Lee Ann, and yes, those babies will ROCK!!! We wanted to put the Schiffon baby in our car at convention - what a super baby!
