I love Trakehners!

Just have to share some pictures!! I went to Southern Pines this weekend to see Preston and my Conn pony mare that my friend, Michelle Pallindino has at her place. I'm so happy/excited about how they both are coming along and of course just seeing Preston was wonderful - I can't even begin to explain how good it was to see him after so many months. It was a great weekend and we mainly just relaxed around the barn. We did take the horses out on the "Foundation" to hack - Sat's ride was about 2 hours long!! Ok, now to bore you with the photos... The first ones are of Michelle riding Preston, the last two are of me on Preston and there is one photo of me on Preston and another trainer, Lucino, on Sassy my pony mare (she just turned 3 and it was her 3rd time out on the trail!).

Thanks Stacey! Yes, he is the oldest of my babies - and Sassy is the next one up in age (she was born in 2005 but in Sept, so she is really only 6 months older than Tate).
He was broke before he went up to SP, but Michelle has him going much further than he was at when he left FL.
