Well, I'm glad I didn't know Bond James Bond was up for stallion inspection or I would have been on pins and needles too. Woopee and Hooray and hat in the air! I'm so happy for you, Patricia, and for everyone connected with this new approved stallion. I have to admit though, every time I hear his name, I get this mental picture of him as a foal sleeping with his head resting on a bucket. He's had a spot in my heart ever since then. This is great news!

THis must be the best timing ever - last saturday, I received your little "gift" in the mail (we moved - you had the wrong address on it and I think it took longer). THANK YOU. That was such a sweet note.
And because we shouldn't hide this: two other stallions were approved (and may I say, I'm personally thrilled about Cardinali!). I am introducing you to the respective pedigrees in a short piece on TI, and I hope to get photos to post as well!! Note the impact the late Graditz *E* had on this inspection!

There are 3 confirmed for my inspection in Jacksonville and people have until 8/18 to get the paperwork in (so more may enter).

Looks like a username and password are required to see the photos, but having seen Bond at the inspection, I don't need to see the photos anyway.  He's a beautiful stallion. I thought he must look like his dam, since he didn't look anything like Oskar. BTW, there's a photo of Oskar here: http://americantrakehner.com/Stallions/OskarII.asp
Did you actually purchase the copyrights? That's very unusual for a photographer to do that, since that means they must then ask your permission to post their own photos.

I was travelling yesterday and coming back from talking with the Jax Equestrian Center about our inspection.

I do think that he looks like his dam and not as much like Oskar. I also think that your photos show that you should not look at 2 year olds sometimes LOL! (he is nice, but didn't scream "keep me a stallion" at the age of 2)
ETA: I was going by photos that I've seen over the past couple of years, knowing the stallion, etc. You need to repost the photo bucket photos so that they show up. Go to the actual photo. Off to the side (or under it, I forget which), there is a list of options. Pick the one that says something like insert into BB/forum etc. Right click on that hot link and then come here and right click on your post and hit paste. Not only will the photos show up but they will actually post here in the thread. For COTH though you have to do the "direct link" option.
