I'm pleased to introduce to you Warumnict (Why not), born May 23rd at 5:22 AM, a dark bay colt by Tradition*Pb*out of Whimsical by Martini *Pg* out of the imported mare Wogena. Whimsey was a 19 year old maiden mare who is turning out to be a fantastic mother! She was a retired show horse prior to coming to live with me two years ago. As a five year old she won the ATA futurity, was second at Training Level USDF All Breeds and fourth at Training Level USDF Open. She was then schooled through Third Level but I don't know if she was shown at that level or not. For fun we put her back under saddle last year to her sheer delight and showed her lightly! She loved it! But she seems to be really taken with motherhood now and is very sweet and gentle with her new boy!

Congratulations, Carol!  Beautiful colt--but then, I have yet to see a Tradition foal that I didn't drool over. 

And I do love that mare.

He's absolutely adorable & Whimsical seems to adore her new son.  Love photo #2 w/her nuzzling him.   Smiley

Here's Nick on youtube! I'm really liking this colt. He's very sweet and in your pocket. He's very chatty, whinnying to you. I watched him trotting yesterday and was amazed at how uphill he was.

Okay, just watched the video and Nick's hilarious.  Definitely a lover not a fighter!  He cracks me up watching him run . . .  he wants to RACE, but those darn long legs keep tangling up on him!
