I hope this is ok to post here (Ingrid if not, I'm not insulted if you remove!). The mare that I have been leasing for the last year is going to be leased out again this year. This is a FREE lease (you just have to pay for the vet fees, keep up insurance on her and pay for the feed farrier etc). Mare to stay at MY place until she is inspected in October (when I can wean her from Ruby). I will not charge any board or anything on her - you just have to pay your vet costs to get her rebred. I am paying for her inspection costs and she shoudl be approved... this is a 3rd level dressage mare that is drop dead gorgeous with excellent movement. Very slightly narrow, but that is her only fault and it is very slight. She is by Hailo and o/o a T'bred mare (so she'll be PSB).
Ruby was her first foal. She caught on first try with FROZEN semen (and my vet has NEVER done frozen before). She is an exteremly sweet mare and an easy keeper. Can go out with anyone and has been a very good mommy to Ruby. Foaling was a dream and she foaled out on day 337.
I would like to help the owner out and get her placed in a good home.. and of course if someone is going to take her as a broodmare we need to breed her! Owner is a vet and is super easy to deal with - she will want to approve your home first (she took references from me and called them). She has been to my house exactly 3 times since the mare came last year. She is sound for riding and I think that the owner would let her go as a riding horse for a year, but hte mare loves to be a mom... Feel free to email or pm me with anymore questions!

Hey Zenda - I'm in the Panama City area (FL). And this mare was leased for this year to Karri Henning.
Not sure if the owner is going to lease her again next year or not (and she is getting older - the mare, not the owner).

LOL (snort)... ok, I caught that AFTER I posted it. She gets older too, but she ain't trying to have more kids LOL. And yes, you got my name right.
