Better late...

With everything else going on, I never posted about the arrival of our latest of the Butter Babies!

This is Itastaire, better known as "Freddy," by Guaranteed Gold xx out of Itamignon by Avignon. He is out of the granddam of our filly from last year, Italia Dorata.

Freddy was foaled on August 11. He is changing colors as he sheds, and is currently an Appalomino  Shocked

Photos are at one day, six days, and 7 weeks.

I see what you mean Ingrid. He looks like he might be buckskin to me. Check for black hairs coming in on those legs!

Very cute though!

Thanks guys!  Cheesy

Heather voted that he was a chocolate palomino. He seems to change a little everyday, and when it is damp out his legs and his Ben D'Or spots look quite blue/grey and dark. Maybe that is just his dark skin showing through his puppy-fluff, though.

He is a work in progress!

Wow!  His hocks in the last picture look HUGE!  I bet you are expecting he will be quite a large fellow when he grows into those?   Shocked

Very nice baby, and of course, I love those palomino TKs.  He does look like he's deciding what color he'll really be, though.  Is he the only GG foal for you this year?
