Amy,
He looks great! Congratulations on raising such a good boy! Good luck with the new trainer and I'm looking forward to seeing some of those under saddle photos. I wish you were closer so that I could come see him in person. Keep us posted on his progress!

Looking Good Amy!!!! I now KNOW exactly how you felt/feel about riding your boy!!! And I am with you... hope you NEVER have to ride that buck! ummmm shall we say he is "athletic"? LOL But I have a feeling that you won't ever have that reaction under saddle!!!

That bucking photo reminded me of a time I face-planted when my Pregelstrand mare spooked and bucked. I was thrown and, as I said, face planted (thank goodness for my helmet that day--didn't save my lip but it sure saved my head!), and the mare went down as well. A few days later, as I was watching her out in the field, all the horses started kicking up their heels and Pscilla gave an ENORMOUS buck in play. I was in AWE! All I could think of is, "THAT'S what I was riding? No wonder I didn't stay on!"
Frodo is looking wonderful. Congratulations to you, Amy!

He looks wonderful Amy! So, when are you going to come start Sindarin? I've sat on her and am lunging but that's about it. Satinka will be old enough to start by the time I get Sindarin going!
