TANZBRISE by Windfall out of Tariana

In the wee hours of Friday morning, Tariana unveiled her latest masterpiece and brought the official end to foaling season at Tannenwald!
The finale is an elegant, dark bay colt by the Michelangelo son Guy Laroche, out of Tariana by Graditz. Tariana broke her four-filly streak with this little fellow, and he appears to have been a plenty good 'nuff reason to depart from her pattern!
Baby "T" is waiting for his new owner to give him a name. He is pictured above at 6 hours old, below at age 2 days.
Congratulations to Heidi Lightle on the birth! 
Vet checks for our progress toward our 2007 foaling season start on Monday

Thanks guys! Anissa, I have all kinds of shots that look like that--I think he is going to be one fancy mover! Can't wait to see how he unfolds over the next few weeks
Heather, unbelievably he even waited until Ursula got home from Germany! I, however, am still sleeping in only 2-3 hour naps, not yet recovered from foal watch. But by the time the season begins again next spring, all of that will be forgotten

Ingrid, he is beautiful and worth waiting for. I guess Tariana wanted to keep such a handsome boy all to herself for a while. How about "Tanner"?  Congratulations to you and his owner.

Wow! He's really lovely, congratulations! Love that canter shot . Now I'm even more excited about having my own "little Guy" next year, the filly version I hope. I'll find out in 11 days if he/she is on the way.

He is NICE! But then, so is his dam--she's beautiful! He does look to be a serious soul, though. Being born late must've given him lots to think about.
