Pr. St. Schoene Symphonie's daughter - New Photos
« on: May 06, 2006, 11:24:10 PM »

The full sister to last year's Sam the Man arrived today around noon-ish (our best guess - Sym snuck this one in on me - walking past the mares paddock @ noon, saw 3 heads instead of only 2!).

Bay, she has a sort of upside-down comma on her forehead and a huge snip on her nose.  She was 11 days early, but she's huge (Sym's probably happy she was early), strong and doing great tonight.

Yeh, they'll do that.  Congratulations!  She probably liked having all that straw to bed down in.  Cheesy

Congratulations, she's beautiful.

It scares me when they do that, I worry about all that could have gone wrong.  But when I'm with them, I worry that something will go wrong that I can't handle(too far for a vet to get here in time).  I guess mares foaling just worry me.  But I do love those babies.

Congrats, again.  Give Sym a carrot for me.

Well. I guess Sym thinks she knows all about this and doesn't need you around (I can do it myself.),  Looks like she (and Taz) did a beautiful job --- again.   Cheesy

Congrats!!! Congrats!!! Have always admired the photos of Symphonie, must be exciting to have a filly out of her!!!
I agree that it is scary, though few things can take us back to being a little girl on Christmas moring like waiting for a foal and seeing it for the first time!!!!
Blessings to you both!

She is beautiful. You have yourself a champion for you and your farm.

Is Xena showing in the classes or is Bruce taking her there to school? She will turn heads either way Shocked
