Taharani vom Castell by Avignon II out of Statepremiummare and Elite mare Tarabia *E*had a beautiful colt at 11.15pm last night by Leonidas*PG*.He is chestnut with a big blaze and 4 socks.All went smooth thank God.His fullsister I realy thow like to keep is also so colorful which I love and so sweet my farrier says she realy likes to please.Leonidas offspring I find so easy to work with it's a joy

I've already been packing heavy blankets and clothes for myself and the boy - but I was HOPING that I wouldn't have to use any of them!

Well snow I used to love to ride after having a blizzard going through since in Germany we hardly had any big snow.But now could live without it thow my six year old son Markus can't wait for it.And no we didn't have any snow yet living just an hour east of St.Louis we get the warmer weather.The grass stays green til December or January .Fall is the perfect weather here to have foals but next year just have one March baby that's it.Hope we have a normal spring since it seems the weather plays a good roll to get mares in foal.I don't realy know how to put the pictures on this site must be stupid .May be somebody can tell me how.

Not stupid, just not knowledgeable--yet! 
When you post, look below the box for "Additional Options" and click on it. You'll see a place for "attach:" Browse to the photo you want to upload, click Post, and you're in business. Of course, you might have to resize it, too, in which case any photo program will do.
