Go, Bellinger, Go!

My wonderful Bellinger and I have thrown our names in the hat for the 2006 USET Grand Prix finals; afterwards, I'm thinking of trying to return to Germany to train. However, I'm just graduating from college, and need all the help I can get. I've toyed with the idea of getting in touch with someone at the Trakehner Forderverein, but from what I've heard about them, they tend to support younger horses and/or horses with an already international career. Billy and I have gone to two NAYRCs and trained in Germany (though never shown), and have a Regional title at the Intermediare II to our names, but that's hardly a noteworthy international career. 
Is it worth it to try and get their help? Any advice, experience with this group? I also think they've only sponsored European owned horses, which doesn't help my prospects. (doh!)
