Well, of course its that time of year to drool over prospective horse husbands for our mares. Poor dears they haven't even delivered and we are planning their next foals
So, who is on your short list?

In no particular order... Feuertanzer Tradition Tzigane
I have to really see which will cross well with my mare, who has that usual (though not very bad) TB dip in front of the withers, and is a bit weak in the loin attachment.
Not that I haven't been drooling over other stallions as well. I'm afraid to look, lest my list get too long and I can't make a decision at all.

Karim, do you have a mare still in Europe? It was my understanding that E.H. Banditentraum doesn't ship frozen semen. Can you clarify?

Interesting & good to hear about Bandit. Hopefully he'll freeze well, as he's been "on my list" for some time.
I have a video of Bandit, Bernstein - his Hannoverian-approved (and recently sold to Dominican Republic) son and even some footage of Bandit's sire, Keibitz. It's very poor quality, but you can still see how amazing this horse moves (and jumps by the way!).
In my opinion this is one of those 'overlooked treasures' who's benefitted other registies (Hannoverian), but sadly had few opportunities in the TK breed. Hopefully he will freeze well and a new market will open up to him.

We had very bad luck last year with foalings. Except for a stunning Windfilly, we ended up with the best mare dead, the dam of the WIndfall with a retained placenta and terrible trouble with that afterwards, a false pregnancy and resulting loss of a Cadeau foal out of Flower by Elan xx and one mare hat was "breedable", but didn't want to.....
So, this year's list looks like Windfall (if I could just get my hands on that darn Tzigane semen for Europe..... , Best Before Midnight, EH Michelangelo, Waldstar xx and/or Inster Graditz.
Good luck to everybody!!!

Good pick, although I like High Knight for her as well - especially because he'd reinfuse the foal's pedigree w/TB.
Doing the same "filly dance" here with Hennie. Chanting to begin soon . . .

Do any of you know about Luxe Sporthorse's other stallion Illux? I love Latimer and I think he looks like a good match for my little black mare. If I do it I'll be joining in on the filly dance!

My mare needed some assistance with her loin connection as well, she is also a TB. Not to start any trouble for you but IN ADDITION to the stallions you are looking at so far, you might want to look into Paramoure. He has crossed VERY well with my TB mare, and improved the loin connection. My boy also has a wonderful walk and canter, a better trot than his mom (a lot more suspension), a GREAT personality, and great bone. Just thought I'd pass that along. I am very pleased. He is going to be wonderful to start under saddle and I am so excited that I only have a year or so, depending on his maturity, to wait.
