Tips & Instructions:
1. If you will be sending your own horse's hair, you will need to send a small bundle of at least 1/4 inch in diameter and at least 4 inches long. The best results are obtained when the finest hair is used, and often hair from the forelock works the best.
2. If you have chosen a hand-painted portrait horse, you will need to provide quality photographs from all sides for the most faithful representation. You can mail photos or send them by email to germanhorses@atrakehner.com. Alternately, you can specify color and markings and we will do our best to match your requirements.
3. Because of the custom-nature of these keyrings, they cannot be returned.
4. Your German Horse will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of receiving payment and all materials (hair and/or photos) from you. Thanks for your order!
